A guided tour inside the Pisa Cathedral follows (except in case of long queues), showcasing Romanesque art from the 11th and 12th centuries. Set sail for Murano, passing by the Public Gardens, San Giorgio Maggiore Island, Sant’Elena, and the renowned Lido beach resort. Murano is world-famous for its ancient glass-making industry. Enjoy a 40-minute visit to one of its glass factories, followed by a 30-minute stop on the picturesque island of Burano, celebrated for its lace-making and brightly coloured fishermen’s houses. Continue your cruise to Torcello, the oldest centre of civilization in the lagoon, where you can admire the remnants of its historical significance reflected in the church of Santa Fosca and the Torcello Cathedral. Spend about 30 minutes in Torcello for photos before returning to St. Mark’s Square. The tour includes boat transportation and visits to the glass factory.
